Starting a new Game every Update

First I have to say I like the aesthetics and the overall theme of the game also the quality is top.

I know that Unreal has issues with savegame handling but wouldn't it be possible to provide a savegame with all previous Queststages completed or a button that does this by the start of a new game?
I don't even mind replaying some Quests after three months but atleast add the option to unlock all Races at the start so I can play with the race I want to. It's quite immersion breaking for a RPG to be forced to unlock the race you actually want to play as.

Btw. i'd love the addition of an innie vagina.

From what I have been able to gather I believe that you have to restart depending on the update, however there is a command line option (haven't used it) so im assuming you could cheat cosmetics and weapons back.

I couldn't find anything about console commands could you point me in the right direction how to enable the console?
