I'll share the deck profile later, but Level Limit Area B is a good recommend for if you want to plan past the 1 turn OTK. The Draco is both protected by its passive under level limit, while unaffected itself being an Xyz, and a good chunk of enemy monsters are going to go to defense to boot
Heartland Draco's only real effect is to detatch a material to attack directly. It's inherent battle protection will almost never be relevant, and it's dependant on other cards to protect it. Fortunately, It's a "Number" card and therefore can hide behind the Number Wall continuous trap and the Numbers Protection Counter Trap. To actually push for an OTK, you'd be looking at some combination of Megamorph and Saga of the Dragon Emperor, which it's a valid target for.

I'm running that list because my deck for the masochist challenge for the longest time and still now lacks good extra deck stuff that isn't too hard to field.
I also am trying to build a cyberse pile, but once again barely have any ED.
The main aim of the the deck is to use Clockwork Night and Level Limit Area B to stop the opponent from attacking while using the pen scale battle protection effect of Performopal Gugumouton while the XYZ monsters poke around the walled up board on the opponent's side.
I really like the performance of Heartlandraco and Mannequin Cat, they're easy to field and both can punch around walled up boards in their own sense, since the deck aims at a stun grind game, Manequin Cat can slowly fill up a board while summoning weak monsters for the opponent to punch over.
Most the monsters in the deck are just for their level being 2 or 4, with the 3s being their for having a good effect, Shining Piecephilia topdeck Graydle Cobra is really good, piece being an indestructible by battle level 4 with an added draw/tutor effect could come in handy if you want a slower stun variant for the draco deck.
The other lv3 being Magical Broker, that has a similar effect to heartland draco of being indestructible.
Most the lv2 ones are just to turbo out manequin cat, and the tuners are there mostly for the occasional synchro plays under synchro zone.
Wonky Quartet as a rank 4 because its always funny to hail mary with it on a losing game.
