New choices not saving

I've played through the same damn episode 3 times, making different choices, and it's hung up on the original choices every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time. Really needs a way to pick choices instead of relying on the random generator, or worse having to repeat the whole game. I've played through these games on iPad way back in the day when they first came out, bought the individual ones on Steam when they were released on Steam, and bought this edition so I could have them all on one download. It seems like there were slight dialog changes from the original versions, and I'd like to explore them all, but this bug is making it impossible and is incredibly infuriating. FIX IT
