Mirage Ult Bugged?

I've been trying out Mirage in some games, and I've noticed that his ult just straight up isn't working no matter what I try. As soon as I activate it, not even a second into the channel it just cancels it. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just broken? I've tried doing it while doing other actions and also stood still, kept vision of the character I'm trying to TP to, nothing. I've also noticed once I hit 4 I can't move my camera.

Oooh is it a global thing? I was under the impression it was line of sight, and the fact that the channel does start made me think it was working but then failing.
