First impressions after playing the game: You should get this game, it is very good and the choice of equipment you make or anything that changes the status of the heroes can be seen in the combat that follow and there are some spells you can use to help your heroes but the game have a small learning curve there are a lot of things in this game. Also, the only thing that the update seems to have downgraded is choosing the enemies to fight, before we could check the loots that we could get when choosing an enemy but now that is gone and I'm not sure how to choose which enemies to fight maybe there is some way to make the best choice that I don't know yet. Anyway if you buy the game, buy the bundle you will get this game and another one for a lower price than if you just buy the game. Since I didn't play the old version but only seen it on gameplay on the internet, you could wait to see if someone else will reply before buying the game.
NB: The main focus of this game is the combat, you buy things to prepare for your next combat then you start the combat (auto battler), that is the game for the most part. I guess what make it fun is seeing if the changes you made were good.
