Quest - What home feels like - BUG

I'm stuck on this quest where i have to get a glittering herring, but i caught it somehow before i had to the in the quest i now i can't get further. Also i already crafted the fish pie that you have to make for Elsa to see if it worked, but still stuck at:

"Catch the Glittering Herring in the glade on a rainy day"

Anyone else have that bug?

I believe we are supposed to use the glittered fish for the pie, but it is not working..

Glad I did a search on this stupid herring. Reading all the topics, it appears to be fairly common, except I never did catch the Herring before the quest. I just can't seem to catch one, no matter how many rainy days I spend fishing.

Store the glittering herring in WALLE's realm refrigerator and wait for the next time it rains. Another one will spawn.

I got it in a golden fish spot after using NinoBubu's bug fix. Maybe that's important.

I have the same problem. I cooked the fish pie before it asked me to now I can't proceed with the mission cause Elsa only makes one dandelion syrup

i had the same issue. i used the herring and then was able to catch it again on a rainy day. unfortunately, i made the fish pie before elsa wanted me to. now i don't have the dandelion syrup required to make it, and the quest is stuck on "make the fish pie." so i can't progress, even though i could theoretically make the syrup again - the option to craft/cook it is no longer there.

I just tried the same and the golden fishing spot did not return (either immediately, after logging out, or after waiting a day). Retrieving the fish from the refrigerator did not trigger it either. I will put the fish back an try again tomorrow.
