These are the user guidelines set by KENKOU LAND to guide fans in producing fan works based on our games. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Official Artworks / Official Scenarios

For non-profit purposes, you are permitted to post game artworks and/or screenshots of our games' scenario text on websites, social media, and image/video sharing platforms.

However, the following actions are forbidden:

• Incorporating content that could tarnish the reputation of our games or deviate from their intended representation.
  
• Excessively resizing or editing the images.
  
• Directly copying, scanning, sampling, or tracing any material (artworks, videos, etc.) from our games.
  
• Using them on a website or blog article solely for the purpose of display.
  
• Falsely claiming to be officially endorsed and presenting them in a manner that could lead to misunderstandings.

When featuring any of our games, you must include the following message:

Fan Creations

For non-profit purposes, you are permitted to create fan works.
Those works can be used for personal enjoyment or sold to recover the expenses incurred in their creation.

Examples of non-profit use:

• Creation, exhibition, and distribution of artworks, figures, dolls, and other three-dimensional crafts.
  
• Creation, exhibition, and distribution of doujinshi (artworks, comics, novels, etc.).
  
• Creation, exhibition, and distribution of cosplay costumes.
  
• Distribution, exhibition, and public display of cosplay photos and videos.
  
• Creation, exhibition, and public display of sweets, cuisine, or accessories inspired by our works.
  
• Production and posting of game playthroughs or fan art videos.
  
• Other works include creative elements.

However, the following are prohibited:

• Incorporating content that could tarnish the reputation of our games or deviate from their intended representation.
  
• Utilizing the official logo(s).
  
• Tracing official artworks or engaging in activities that lack creativity or are considered of low originality.
  
• Falsely claiming to be officially endorsed and presenting them in a manner that could lead to misunderstandings.

For works including adult content, we kindly request that you implement protective measures, such as gated age verification or clear content warnings, to ensure that those works are not directly accessible to minors.

Game Videos/Streams

When making or streaming videos of our games, please adhere to the following rules:

• You must own a copy of the game that you intend to make a video of or stream.
  
• Monetization features on your chosen video/streaming platforms are permitted.
  
• Ensure a link to the game's Steam store page is included in the video's description or caption.
  
• Do not upload videos focused solely on showcasing the game's story.
  
• Videos should primarily feature your own active gameplay or be accompanied by your commentary. This applies to live streams as well.

Prohibited Actions

We prohibit the following actions and any related activities:

• Actions that tarnish the reputation of us, our games, or anyone associated with us.
  
• Actions that give the false impression of you or your content being official.
  
• Expressions containing specific ideologies, beliefs, religious or political messages.
  
• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals.
  
• Actions that infringe upon the rights of third parties, or are intended for defamation or slander.

We, KENKOU LAND, reserve the right to make definitive interpretations of these guidelines.

The contents of these guidelines are subject to change without prior notice.

We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by any such changes to the guidelines.

Please ensure you read the latest version of these guidelines before you start producing your fan work.

We will not assume any responsibility for disputes or issues that arise between you and a third party.

Should you violate any of these guidelines, we reserve the right to file a claim for damages.
We kindly request that you take responsibility when producing your fan work.

We hope that many people will get to know and enjoy our games. We would be grateful if you all could utilize them for your fan creations, with good judgment and discretion.

KENKOU LAND（以下、「当サークル」といいます）は、みなさまに安心して二次創作活動を行っていただけるよう、
二次創作活動を楽しむためのガイドラインを公開しています。

当サークルのコンテンツが多くの方に親しんでいただけるよう、今後ともご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

【公式画像・シナリオについて】

非営利目的の場合、WebサイトやSNS、画像・動画共有サイトへの投稿に限り、
ゲーム内で使用されている画像やストーリーシナリオのスクリーンショットをご利用をいただいても問題ありません。

ただし、以下の場合は禁止とさせていただきます。

• 当サークル作品のイメージを損なう、または逸脱する内容を含む場合
  
• 当サークル作品内で使用されている画像の過度なリサイズや編集加工
  
• 各コンテンツの素材（イラスト、動画など）を直接的にコピー、スキャン、サンプリング、トレースなどで利用する場合
  
• 当サークル作品内の画像やシナリオの閲覧のみを主目的とするWebサイトやブログ記事での利用
  
• 当サークル・作品の公式・公認を詐称し、誤解を招く表示・外観、状況を利用する場合

当サークルのゲームを題材としてウェブサイトで紹介する際には、必ず以下の内容を表示してください。

【二次創作について】

非営利目的の場合、自由に二次創作物を制作して問題ありません。
趣味の範囲での利用や、原材料費程度の利益を得る場合も許可されています。

非営利利用の例：

• イラスト、フィギュア、人形などの立体工作物の作成、展示、配布
  
• 同人誌(イラスト・漫画・小説など)の制作、展示、配布
  
• コスプレ衣装の作成、展示、配布
  
• コスプレ写真や動画の配布、展示、公開
  
• 当サークル作品をモチーフにした菓子や料理、アクセサリーの制作、展示、公開
  
• ゲーム実況やファンアート動画の制作、投稿
  
• その他創作性がある作品

ただし、以下の場合は禁止とさせていただきます。

• 当サークル作品のイメージを損なう、または逸脱する内容の場合
  
• 公式ロゴの使用
  
• 公式画像のトレース使用等、創造性が無い、または低いもの
  
• 当サークル・作品の公式・公認を詐称し、誤解を招く表示・外観、状況を利用する場合

18禁作品は、18歳以下の目には触れないようワンクッションなどを置いていただきますようお願いします。

【動画配信（実況等）について】

当サークルゲームの動画を配信する際には、以下の点を守っていただきます。

• 投稿・配信はゲーム作品を購入したユーザーのみに限ります
  
• 動画配信サイト上の収益化機能は利用可能です
  
• 動画や配信動画のキャプションにSteamのURLを記載してください
  
• ストーリーのみの閲覧を目的とした動画の投稿は禁止いたします
  
• 動画はユーザーご自身がプレイしている動画、プレイを実況している動画に限ります（生配信も可）

【禁止事項】

当サークルでは以下の行為、及びそれに関連する行為を禁止いたします。

• 当サークルや当サークル作品、または当サークル関係者のイメージを損なう行為
  
• 当サークル又は本コンテンツの公式であるかのような誤解を与える行為
  
• 特定の思想や信条、宗教的・政治的メッセージを含む表現
  
• 法令や公序良俗に反する行為
  
• 第三者の権利を侵害する、または誹謗中傷を目的とした行為

【変更等】

当サークルは本ガイドラインの最終的な解釈を有しています。
本ガイドラインの内容は、みなさまへの予告なく変更することがあります。
その変更による損害については当サークルは責任を負いません。
二次創作活動を行うにあたっては、常に最新の内容をご確認ください。

二次創作活動は自己責任でお楽しみいただくようお願いいたします。
ユーザーと第三者との間でトラブルが発生しても、当サークルは一切の責任を負いかねます。

ユーザーがガイドラインに違反した場合、当サークルは損害賠償責任などを追求する可能性があります。

当サークルのゲーム作品を多くの方に知っていただき楽しんでいただくため、
ユーザーみなさまの良識を持ってご活用いただければ幸いです。
