I've played through the game several times, and still can't find all the villagers required for the Chatterbox achievement. I'm assuming there's a trick to finding the final ones. Any vague hints pointing to where I can find them?

The game folder is empty. You sent game to curators, but Curators will not be able to launch your game because Steam did not create a build for download. Check package/depot (Curators package must contain a depot "Complimentary reviewer package").
