*Resolved*: I currently get missing executable. I tried to uninstall and reinstall from scratch, but no change.
Edit: Hmm. I tried to check and uncheck the steam play compatibility option now for the game (it was already unchecked) and then it updated again and installed the Linux version.
I had that before, Steam sometimes doesn't realize correctly that there is a Linux version now. Obviously, uninstall/install doesn't solve it, only adding/removing the checkbox.
I just came back from another session playing Strangeland with listening to the commentaries and annotations. Both are just a ride for itself, a journey into the game and the thoughts behind it which would be inaccessible for a bunch of players (like me :D).
While i needed a bit more than 5 hours for the game alone, now i play the game already 10 hours in the commentary mode and thinking about everything said and written in it. So thank you for such rich and deep commentaries and annotations
@City Cannibals: Thanks so much. It's always great to read a kind review. Also, I was looking at your user name history and laughed -- it's like a mini-guide to SL. :D
Two things I need to humbly mention though...
Primordia would be great to have on Linux, too, and...
anything (read: everything) from Wadjet Eye...
May I ask if it actually helped the release?
(Though I'm very happy about Primordia release no matter the reason of course!)
Did that work out?
To the extent that Wormwood is now porting WEG games?
Can't put enough hearts here.
Well, and my money where my mouth is, of course. :)
PS: Don't know if you'd like to, but I guess gamingonlinux.com could be interested in an interview. Shall I ask them?
You, or someone nearby :D should have gotten an e mail by now.
