Only one I know off the top of my head is the Efreet Nacht.
Note that some units have grenades that mess with radar temporarily but for the official jamming effect you probably need to look specifically for the word jamming. It can be a needle in a haystack thing but I recommend searching the GBO2 wiki. I believe, and please someone correct me if I'm wrong, it can appear as a passive skill or an equipment-activated thing depending on the unit.
flipper at 300-400 cost has stealth, jamming, anti-jamming and anti-stealth all in one.

give it the AA gun and go ham with a ranged hybrid raid that plays like a nimble support, its a very strong 300 pick especially in space.
