Unable to log in

It is three days now that i can not log in Getting "Your Account has not logged out form it's last session or the server is too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server"

Not even selecting a world yet just trying to log in. Tried to contact support but there site just gives me a royal run-around can't get to log a ticket

Thanks for banning me AFTER not bothering to resolve the issues i had for 3 weeks getting into my account. You managed to ban me during the time i had no access to my account and could not be bothered to respond to me in three weeks.

And apparently the day after posting this i got a band and now today i got perma banned ! Thanks for useless support WAY TO GO

Sounds like an account hijacking may have taken place and you couldn't access your account during that time, and the people behind the hijacking may have macroed/ used a bot on it. Been noticing it quite a lot on the osrs side of things. I would highly suggest trying to make sure computer hasn't been compromised by any viruses/trojans/keyloggers/etc.

ouch. sounds like you got hacked and someone botted on your account or did something to get perma banned

I don't know if it works with Steam created accounts, but I recommend enabling 2fa.

Consider this a valuable lesson in account security. Be glad that it was a meaningless account in a video game and not your personal bank information being stolen.

I stopped playing for years only to find out I was banned when I returned. Someone had taken the account. Luckily they actually recognized this and restored the account. So try to go through the channels. If it actually was hijacked you may be in luck
