Realism mod for Mad Games Tycoon 2, includes such innovations as original titles, original logos, game covers, and more. Everything is done independently, even in the licenses and NPC games, every title is reworked. There are other additions, read the description. The manual and mod are constantly being updated, and supplemented with new features. You can add it to your favorites so as not to lose this guide. If you're interested. There are changes in the balance of the game, changes in artificial intelligence and other global changes. You may not feel them, but if you compare, the difference will be for sure. Fanshop sales increased;
The effect of advertising is reworked;
The effect of exclusives has been reworked;

The game bundles have been changed;
Legendary employees have been reworked;
The automatic price system for games during production has been redesigned;
Digital sales are growing faster;
The cost of maintaining subsidiaries has been reduced;

This may make my work easier in the future, but it will make my work more difficult at first. Because everything will have to be redone. Secondly, I don’t want to create installation difficulties for users. People try to avoid more complex mod installations (download additional software, activate scripts, read instructions). This way there will be fewer users of the mod. It is not comfortable. Many people cannot even replace the original files correctly. And besides, my mod cannot be launched using only "BepInEx". Players will still have to replace files + download "BepInEx" and activate scripts every time they enter the game. Simple file replacement is easier.
Oh yeah I can't help but agree with you on people being so dumb they can't even place files correctly. Btw if you were to convert this into a bepinex mod you could ship bepinex bundled together with your mod, sharing it is not forbidden and would eliminate any additional download requirements. Oh well, that was just an idea, you do whatever you want with it, it is your mod after all and I am grateful for it :steamthumbsup:

What happened to pictures? I remember there was counter strike and pictures of other games I could place on walls. They seem to be missing.

They have been gone for a long time. I removed them when the game switched to a new version of the engine.

ok this is about to sound like a dumb question but i've never been good at doing these, how do i download this mod properly so it works with the game?
oh hey i think i got it... just extracted all of the mod's files and put them in the game's and replaced them, gonna check if everything is working

honestly this is a very cool mod, i was honestly surprised when i saw irl dev names in the game, and along with that i saw real games. but the thing that surprised me the most was the music, hearing sweet dreams and a remixed doom theme was like a double take moment, dunno how you was able to get sweet dreams into this game and not sued to absolute hell but hey im not complaining

Hi, I was searching for "overhype" calculation code within game's file but I can't find it. Do you know which class/method has it? I am assuming there is some randomness to it and I want to change it.

There is a bug in the license file in which once you are playing the game, metadata of the file is shown in the license title.

For example: "The Chronicles of Narnia <MОVIE><Q5><Y1998><G+16><G-15>" is shown as "The Chronicles of Narnia <MОVIE>" ingame.

The cause is that for <MOVIE><BOOK><SPORT><BOARD> and <COMIC> a Cyrillic "O" (U+041E) was used.

To fix it, it has to be replaced by a Latin "O" (U+004F).

Everything is written there correctly. If you used all the mod files together, there would be no problems.
