My save is gone too, I exited the game and got an error on close, im thinking this caused my save file to corrupt, which is strange cause i made 2 seperate save files to prevent a total loss if such a corruption happened but it seems to have wiped my entire list of saves, I lost 10 hours of progress bro..

I also get an error on close every time, but my saves are fine. Doesn't mean it's completely unrelated, but it does indicate that an error on close doesn't, by itself, indicate issues with your saves.

well darn, I hope they pin down what causes this to happen cause I dont wanna start a new game then lose another 10 hours of progress again..

I found out my origin save in C drive then I copy and paste to the game save folder and now my problem solved

had it error out on close first time today, now I'm gonna get paranoid. I wonder if its better to just alt f4, it got the error with me exiting via main menu.
