50% Untouched Ninjutsu and Shuriken/Kunai on all armor pieces?
So I noticed you cannot temper Shuriken/Kunai Damage and Untouched Ninjutsu on all pieces of armor (I think only gauntlets and torso?). I've heard about inheritables making that possible, but how does it work? I'm currently still in NG DLC, but I unlocked NG+ obviously. Can I make it work somehow? Or would I need to farm until I find an armor piece that has one of the two skills I mentioned above as a soul matchable one? Cause that seems pretty unreasonable.

If you find it as a transferable on gauntlets, just raise it's familiarity to max and you can transfer it onto any other armor piece as long as it doesn't conflict with another stat.

Oh it's doable... It's just time consuming and tedious as all hell. Though in all honesty, if you can pull it off, you can probably just feather everything in your way for almost free.

with empowered ninjutsu you kind of don't need untouched, unless you really want to spam substitution scrolls and/or feathers with nothing else in between

if you only get untouched ninjutsu on the armor pieces that may have them innately, on both accessories (yasakani can not roll it) and on your scroll, you can get ~~42%
I'd say that's enough, but you will likely run out of good stats on other armor pieces for your ninja build very quickly, which makes untouched ninjutsu better than e.g. ninjutsu +6, I guess

Omoikane's Graces has 40% Untouched Jutsu as a 7part bonus, this will count for both Onmyo and Ninjutsu.

Then there is also the Star-Statline "Throwing Weapon Damage" which can go higher than Shuriken/Kunai Damage. I'm not quite sure how and if these two can be combined on the same item. Maybe on Gloves or Accessoires if at all.

Pretty sure Feathers are not affected tho'.

Tell you what, you dont need to worry about that untouched ninjutsu, soon you will get tons of it from armors.
you can only temper untouched ninjutsu stat on gauntlet and chest, so you just need to inherit other Untouched Ninjutsu stat to head, leg and pant armor whenever you saw armor with Untouched Ninjutsu inherit icon, just store it to your storeroom for future use.
The maximum Untouched Ninjutsu you can get from soul core, armors and acc is around 76%.
Do take note that Omoikane Grace 40% is NOT INCLUDED to Untouched Ninjutsu, means that untouched jitsu is count seperately, which is not as strong as raw Untouched Ninjutsu,
Don't depend on Empower Ninjutsu bonus stat, because a lot of time you might not able to get your items back on time - the more powerful jitsu item is, the more damage you need to deal to get it back.

Idk what Empowered Ninjutsu is yet or I might have missed it. I only completed the first DLC and I was planning on getting the full divine Flying Kato set and temper it with UN, S/K Damage and Ninjutsu Power along with two similarly tempered Writing Sets to just melt everything with shuriken and kunai. But if it's really that tedious RNG to get those skills as inheritables, maybe I'll just stick with Kusarigama and use throwables here and there instead of the other way around where I would rely on them more than my melee weapon.

it does not stack additively with untouched ninjutsu/omnyo, flying kato's (ninjutsu bonus is quite the jump) and arguably dragon ninja are both much better, but it's quite a buff if you have low untouched X, e.g. if you have 40% untouched ninjutsu, 40% untouched jutsu will make it 68%

It's something you can only find on the highest difficulty. Whenever you use a ninjutsu you'll receive a massive damage buff and while that buff is active, if you deal a set amount of melee damage, you'll regain the jutsu charge.

I meant tempering the "untouched" you want.

Huh, I was under the impression that if you had multiple similar effects, the stronger/higher internal priority one just flat out negated the other for applicable rolls.

Got some kind of proof it does it in sequence?

Imho omoikane is a nice set for hybrid builds, which I'm thinking of; on the plus side of things (if I got it right) untouched jutsu (omoikane) and untouched onmyo/ninjutsu counts as separate rolls, so even if they don't stack additively, you still have chances of untouch proccing, be it from omoikane or untouched.

I've heard that kato's set is a nice mix with omoikane, since the set itself relies on both jutsu? (not really sure though, just read it on gamefaqs)
