there is someone called ( beckham of jophiel123 ) that keeps shooting his team and when i tried to start a voit to kick him he kicked me lol

no don't think so he would start a vote to kick me and i would get kicked before anyone could vote on it. and he was running around shooting everyone kill me four times when i had the package and was amost there

Your best bet will be to get in touch with the Clan that owns the server and let them deal with it. Im sad to say that whatever game you play there will always be a minority that get their kicks from ruining someone elses game. I tend to find that Ill play a server where I know the owners look after their guests or i just go find a different server. As a server owner/admin you will find that if you dont look after your regulars you will end up with an empty server.
