Game Crashes when I die

I recently re-installed AA3 (because I had to Format my pc)
But now, when I play, I can enter to a server, but when I die, the game crash and it show me an error about SteamSDKWrapper.dll
Some people on forums says that the AA3 Deploy client have a fix for this, but here in Steam I don't know how fix it

The error says:
"This application has faild to start because SteamSDKWrapper.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

But I re-install the game a few times and nothing change

goto your steam library.then right click on america's army 3 then properties.- local files - verify integrity of game cache
