Take a break. Why push yourself over an Achievement? you'll get it when you get it. During conversation cutscenes, go on your phone, watch some clips, chat with someone, keep busy until the characters shut the hell up.
Not being able to skip dialogue is stupid... especially if you've heard the same stuff over and over already.
I think once a conversation starts, it should count as chatting with them, not until the full conversation ends. Again, especially if you've already beaten the game. Sounds very annoying and tiring to deal with, all for an Achievement...
I give you Achievement hunters props for all the annoyances etc that you guys have to deal with just to get every single Achievement.
I will only bother with 100% a game (getting all their Achievements) if I really like it or if it isn't annoying to do so. Repeating things multiple times = annoying.
Repeating things without being able to skip? extremely annoying.
