Content still encrypted.

Hi, I'm Hellnickell and recently I've been having this issue whenever I attempt to install Half-Life: Blue Shift.

Whenever I click on the "Install" button, it says that Half-Life: Blue Shift's content is still encrypted.

I've tried doing everything mentioned in this Steam Support article, but it still gives me the error.

I tried restarting my computer, reinstalling Steam, changing download region, cleaning download cache, literally everything. Yet the message still pops up.

Help would be really appreciated.

EDIT: After repairing my Steam library one more time, the problem no longer happens.

i have the same problem with both blue shift and opposing force? tried everything and still cant unlock these games. also tried the appmanifest cut and paste thing with no success? shame to loose those games as they where still good for a laugh every once in a while. anybody have a clue let us know pls and thanx.

Repair your Steam library

As I said before, repair your Steam library. It worked for me, but it'll uninstall your games.
