Help/control reminders?

I am on Rosie's case and I missed the part on how to progress time that doesn't have you go into the trial. I have to wait until the guy gets me more info from the servers and thats a day or 2. i dont know if the arguments i can't reach due to the scroll bug is what is keeping me from continuing. something in the pause mean or a help button would be great so I can refresh on how to do this in case i forget or miss it because there doesn't appear to be a way to go back
