Every time I try to launch game it says disk write error

So every time I try to launch the game it something always pops up saying my game has a disk write error and I'm getting really frustrated with my game because I would like to play and the game and it wont let me so please tell me how to fix this.

I had my antivirus quarantine the files, add an exception and you might have to restart your pc.
