Please provide as much information as possible and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. It would be best with steps on how you can reproduce the problem.
Please also provide your full system information.
Please provide a DxDiag if possible. To create the DxDiag, please do the following:
Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
Copy all the information of the dxdiag into your next post here.
Alternatively, you can get your full system info via Steam:
Click 'Steam Help' menu (top left of your Steam-client window).
Select second-last option 'System Information' in the dropdown menu.
Right-click in the popped-up window and select 'Copy all text to clipboard'
Simply paste the copied system information into your email
I solved the problem. I had to turn off NVIDIAs UI Overlay and to turn off V-Sync. Now it works, after about 3 hours :(.
