It seems here comes the age when devs don't make games for win7?

Microsoft said NO USE WIN7, I NO USE, duh?
What did they bring DirectX11 for then? Windows 8? Unsupported GPUs?

windows 7 still has a sizable userbase, mostly from people who don't like how windows 10 turned out. supporting it increases the amount of people who will be able to play your game without forcing them to use an OS they do not like or simply cannot afford.

If you're not on the cutting edge then you should be prepared for issues and accept that you will have to wait for patches. I ran into the same issue a long time ago when I was still on XP and Window 7 was mainstream...

At least you're not running an Apple OS lol, those guys get screwed left and right.

But, i don't see any real reason to use windows 10

The only thing i know about windows 10 being faster, is booting, that's all
But amount of bugs that microsoft brings with each and every update, updates that start without choice of user.
Internet Edge, Cortana.
If microsoft didn't force their failed OS, win7 still would be more popular
