Wow, you got it to place inside a dome? I tried that and it wouldn't let me, so I took it outside and yup, it's an outside thing. Which is still nice, cause you can place individual trees just where you want them. But I was hoping to use it to decorate inside my base.

Maybe the devs can give us a smaller version for indoor use where the trees don't get as big? Would love that.

Oh yeah, it is because of a mod, but even without it I thought it was for use inside of a building. Why would we need more trees outside when you have got the tree spreaders? There's not much worthwhile decoration in the game so far, and none of it useable... not that it matters that much in the start of the game, but when you reach close to the mammal stage, there aren't many things left to do. The procedural salvaging is a giant pain in the butt... it is more frustrating than fun if you ask me, and that is with a stacking mod I installed after clearing the game the first time. By clearing I mean I got all of the achievements. The fountain is also just a tad too big to be inside, and it looks kind of ridiculous :-P
