Shooting Range Dummy
I know it doesn't make sense for the dummy to get the bleed effect. But not having this makes it so hard to effectively test the damage of bleed builds. Can we get bleed on dummy please? I mean we can bleed the robot on Nerud lol

Yeah, the dummies being better for testing overall would be nice, and bleed is one of the more egregious things.
