black screen on opening game

I can't play the game, as it starts its fine, but then it stays as a black screen and nothing else happens. Anyway to fix this?

So the black screen issue is the game trying to render the video cache.
Let it load for a 5-10 minutes
You'll notice it in the taskbar as unresponsive (don't end the process).
