[ SPOILER ] How to keep Rachel survive in Curator Cut?

so i have finished Curator Cut, like nearly every players on CC so far we lost Rachel because the AI decided to blew herself up with PW Grenade despite having high relationship rate with Eric / Nick.
I have read one of the possible way to " keep everyone alive " in CC is to do most of our choices as Rachel on Heart choices, that way the AI chooses heart choices later on.
I also heard we choose to be Horrified and unknown about the medicine being work or not so Rachel get spooked about the infection and doesn't blow herself up with the grenades ?
Any ideas to solve this nuisance issues of Everyone Survive run on Curator Cut ?

I've just figured out that the most important thing is that to save Rachel you have to make Salim.. save himself! I made him shoot the demon above him, so Rachel got infected immediately and didn't have a choice to save or not to save Eric. And in the Star chamber Rachel didn't kill herself and agreed to use a cocoon. I also made many Heart decisions as her, and she decided to leave Nick and to be with Eric again, if it's important.
So, I think that Rachel's choice between saving Eric and running away shouldn't even appear: Salim should not shoot the demon above Rachel. It's strange, but it saved Rachel in my current playthrough.

It didn't work for me.I did as Olga 1987 described and it still blew up with the PW grenade. I chose all the emotional responses and yet Rachel still killed herself. I have tried it 4 times now and each time I lose Rachel in the Curator Cut version

Hmm.. it's strange. I replayed the last chapters yesterday and she lived again.

I forgot to add that I am trying to get secret number 38 because it is the only one I am missing at the end of the game

Clarice is Dead(I had her cut the rope on herself earlier, and she told Clarice there was no hope for her and left her at the chasm),
Rachel infected during sacrificial chamber fight
choosing Nick or Eric (In my game she went during one play once with Nick in second with Eric, and still bombed herself).

I threw the rock to distract Dar as Rachel, didn't cut the rope both as Eric and Rachel (nobody died except Merwin), talked with all Heart options with Clarice but left her right before the vampires' assault (thanks, Salim), used the machinegun and, as I said, didn't shoot "her" demon as Salim.
At the beginning, I apologized to Jason for Eric's behavior instead of asking about the WP (I've read somewhere that it could be important).
Also, in the Conference hall I chose Heart options except two times: in the dialogue with "Colonel, eh?" I said nothing (because I didn't want to pick a "Brain" option and the "Heart" option lowered her relationship with Eric) and promised to Eric to discuss their marriage (a rare "Brain" option).
Maybe the other characters' decisions also matter?

Update: I've just understood your question about Clarice. By saying that I "left her right before the vampires' assault" I meant not the final fight with them in the hut, but the big underground fight in the massive hall (I forgot its name), where Dar gets wounded by a vampire and drops his gun, and Rachel gets infected.

But how you saved Clarice ?. Even though I helped her, she still attacked me at the waterfall in the end of the game. I thought only 5 people could be saved, not 6

She can't be saved in the game. If she doesn't pass the chasm, she attacks you near the waterfall nevertheless. And if she isn't left behind before the vampires' assault, she kills Eric.. and attacks you near the waterfall nevertheless, lol.
I left her in the last moment only because I picked many Heart options as Rachel (and Eric agreed not to kill her to secure his relationship with Rachel), but Salim saved Eric's life by persuading him to leave her behind))

You can try this.
What i did is that Rachel to become Fearful about the infection, when she sees Clarice turns i choose to be Fearful by being Horrified, her dialogues when Jason asks where's Clarice ( if you didn't bring her ) actually changes that she's Fearful.
The more Fearful she is, the less likely she blows herself up with WP :D It's the same mechanic as Jason where if he's impatient, later on he scolds Nick for smoking and leading to Eric not knowing Nick is the one that Rachel is dating.

I have eric in different versions and he survives. If qte is done wrong - he dies. Anyway, I still can't figure out how not to lose Rachel.

I made her Horrified too, but didn't abandon Clarice before the chasm. I've read somewhere that it's important to choose the Horrified option while talking with Clarice and not to ask Jason about how WP works (apologize to him instead).
You can try to repeat my options from my recent post ("I threw the rock to distract Dar <..>"). Both the aforementioned options are there.
Btw, leave Merwin behind! Or Eric'll fall and die.

If Clarice is in the room with The Big Vampire Attack, she'll die from the illness, mutate and kill Eric after the fight (right after it and not near the waterfall - it happens a lot later). If Eric survives - it means that you abandoned her before the Big Fight.

I choose to not leave Merwin behind, and don't cut the rope, Nick comes to save Eric

How so? He'll delay Nick and Jason if he's alive, and Nick'll come too late. Or Rachel did cut the rope? Though, I left him behind because I wanted to let Salim go home safely.

This video show https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sh1QPVQ8Wv0 You have to be rude to Eric in the briefing so he doesn’t call air support and be dutiful with salim for them to use the phosphorus grenades on them so Rachel won’t kill her self later on by stabbing a phosphorus grenade hmm interesting

I know this video. I watched it partially and decided to do my playthrough according not only to it, but to what I've read on other websites and my own thoughts (for example, you don't need to be completely rude to Eric to avoid air support (see my post "I threw the rock to distract Dar <..>"). Maybe, I should have written about all important decisions earlier and not the last one only.
