Dragster Unlock?

I have a question about the dragster you get in The White Flats. I was grinding my ♥♥♥ off to fly across the Flats at 336 km/h only to be greeted by a This vehicle is restriced to a certain challenge... message. That was a big dissapointment for me. I was looking forward to unlocking it the entire time playing the game. Now is there any way to unlock it for Free Ride without modding the hell out of the game?
