As of right now i say don't buy it but watch it put it on your wishlist they do have a game down but it is really, really, really early access game. as of 4/17/20 it has alot of issues but when you do play it you can see they got a good idea but they have to do some updates to get it to a better spot befor i say buy it for $22.49.

Chronicles of Honor is an incredibly intriguing game with a promising future.

First and foremost, it's important to understand that the game is in early access, featuring some bugs and not being 100% polished. However, this doesn't overshadow the essence of the project; you can still perceive the potential and captivating concept it offers.

The game itself is enjoyable and provides a satisfying level of challenge. The enemies appear well-balanced.

There's an abundance of equipment and items to explore, and the interface will be familiar and pleasant for those accustomed to similar games.

NPCs are voice-acted nicely, and their designs are distinct and recognizable.

I found the combat enjoyable, and the drops from enemies are also satisfying.

In summary, Chronicles of Honor is a game with immense potential, and its concept is truly captivating. I'm curious to see the direction it will take.

Beautiful game with a lot of bugs at the moment. From enemies hitting you from inside of other containers to taking fall damage when you don't exactly hit anything but it thinks your falling..stuff like that..looking passed a lot of that "early access" stuff and troubles, you will find a really interesting game with a lot of missions to be done. There are upgrades but I was not able to get very far into the game because once you "die" you have to go back to beginning of the level, which means going through all the dialogues again and again, so this is a very rough experience for the gamer. One we experience bugs that may result in a death and than two, we have to go through the same stuff we just went through, sometimes even 4-5 times.
I want to like the game, want to play it and I feel there is a lot of potential here...but for a price tag that steep and the game working as it is now I can't recc..in the current state. Not to contradict my self here or to confuse anybody but...I will give this game a thumbs up because assuming some of these bugs gets fixed in a timely fashion there is a cool game with fun times to be had right? So why ruin this opportunity for everybody because it's not like editing this review in the future will help the sales of the game. So...if you read this review and have some extra money to shell out and don't mind the bugs I listed, check out the game, it's INTERESTING!

EA 3rd person shooter Prey like + weapons - optimization = Open world roguelike RPG. Slice and shoot droids by obtaining guns, armor and more. Inventory management can be challenging with all the loot

Chronicles of Honor is an abandoned Early Access third person loot shooter where you were supposed to run around shooting stuff and collecting stuff to upgrade. The game is so incomplete it's not even clear what you're supposed to do in the long term. There's a tutorial but that's a shambles too. Everything that is there is buggy and unpolished, and that's a tiny fraction of what was supposed to be there before the developers cut and ran.

The game was abandoned roughly one year after launch and hasn't been updated in almost 2 years. It blew past the developers commitment to complete the game without any notification or admission of failure from the developer. There's no reliable indication the game will ever be completed, which is a reason for gamers to avoid this.

From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.

There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics.

The game is highly unpolished, everything looks fuzzy due to clumsy application of Unreal's post processing and filters... something that will never be fixed.

The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. That's right, only 3. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is to be expected. Gamers just didn't take this low quality game seriously, and for good reason.

Unethically, the developer sold keys to this abandoned Early Access game into cheap, nasty game bundles, where they knew it would be advertised and sold as a complete game. This seems to have been done in an attempt to mislead gamers into buying a knowingly faulty, defective and incomplete product. When a developer does this for a game they have zero practical intention of completing, this is essentially a scam, an intention to get paid for a broken/unfinished product. Often this is done as an exit strategy, as the developer takes the money and runs. No refunds have been given, the developer kept all the money they took from gamers.

Furthering the unethical nature of this developer, while they are selling this incomplete game under Valve's failed Early Access program, they're abusing that program, and not working on this game full time, as they have other projects in the works. That means there's ZERO confidence anyone who buys this in Early Access will receive a complete game, and it's possible that they're being scammed.

Chronicles of Honor has the almost equally unethical price of $13 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games, let alone the sheer number of free games available on Steam. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.

There's no way I'll be good enough to finish the game but yeah it's definitely fun

I love trying new games and I came across this game after spending 1 hour in the store. the trailer caught my attention and made me buy the game. good thing I didn't buy another game for 1 hour or I wouldn't have come across this game.

If you are a fan of action games then you will love this and it will make a great addition to your collection.

It's an absolutely incredible game. It clearly bears its inspiration but still manages to be a completely unique experience. Despite the steep difficulty curve from start to finish, I still managed to enjoy my time by overcoming those challenges. Highly recommended to anyone looking for something incredibly solid and who doesn't mind the difficulty.
