Performance is so bad

Everything on low except textures. Game chugs hard during defense/extraction.

Edit: Adding either -dx11 or DXVK_ASYNC=1 or both to your games launch parameters gives a decent boost in FPS. I am now able to hit 60+ during defense/extraction (still all low settings)

sounds like a you problem, my specs are half of what yours are and i havent had any issues, skipping or frame drops with settings on epic.

Very strange, i got a gtx 1070 16gb of ram and a i5 6600k and im running fine on medium

during reactor defense part -> 25fps
switching from 1080p down to 720p doesn't help at all...

i7 12TH GEN asus m16 with 3070ti - no graphics issues.. FPS is def above 40fps

Yep game runs pretty great until the bugs start assaulting, and runs the absolute worst during the finale/extraction.

I'm running pretty much the same as you and my frames during reactor defense stay above 60

i5 12400 / 3060ti / 32gb here the game run smooth on max setting but suffer some FPS drop to 40 during defense only

Putting everything on low doesn't always mean better performance.

Higher settings generally takes a lot of the load off your CPU and puts it on your GPU, so distributing load will often times lead to better performance (while looking better in the process) granted you have the hardware to support it.
