I can't do the quest

Well, after I done the story quest that I have to clear Glad dungeon, npc give me a letter to talk to barry on Gernia. After I go to Gernia with the letter at first I saw " ! " sign on his head so I talk to him but he said that my carry page is full so I clear my inventory to my garage but after I remove my items from carry pages the " ! " on Barry's head gone. I tried to delete the item that npc from glad give me and try to talk to him again to get a new one but he give me anything. So my question is, what should I have to do to complete this quest because the mission in Dego only have 4 until I complete the story quest. I need a solution for this problem asap. Thanks in advance for your respond.

Why can't we do mc mission directly instead of doing story quest to unlock the mc mission like old time?

Maybe I&you forgot the order.
In Gernia, not only letters are carried. There is also the ENPack transport.
You may be about to take three ENPack 1000s and give them to NPC Gorg(一般兵ゴーグ), a general in Sol City(ソルシティ).

I already considerd about doing disordered but after I tried with my second account there's still the same problem with the same quest ._.

41. Deliver "Neve's Mail 1 / ニーブのメール①"l from Dego City to Dego MC
42. Clear Dego Mission "Double Rippers / ダブル・リッパーズ"
43. Clear Dego Dungeon "Geo Ruins / ジオ遺跡"
44. Clear Dego Mission "Annoying Souvenirs / はた迷惑な置き土産"
45. Deliver "Grace's Report 2 / グレイスの報告書②" from Dego to Venev City

Post a screenshot of your current mission and I might be able to help further. After maintenance, of course.
