Dumping Error - Anti-Cheat from EA blocking the Game to Start Up (SOLUTION IN COMMENTS)

So... EA broke the game and can't play anymore... If anyone has a solution (with a video please) i would be very glad.

Anyway , this is the error:

I'm having this same problem. I tried the above solutions but nothing is working for me.

UPDATE: I went to the EA anticheat link above and from there I had to figure out where the game was located and install the EAC manually from the little window that popped up. So THANK YOU @Miguel (above) for adding link!

Nothing worked to me. Only thing with deleting files AEanticheat, the game starts, but when i try connect to serves its crashing. wtf with ea...
Any other solutions?

The message I quoted from Miguel is how I fixed mine. The trick is finding where your game is located. I found mine here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PVZ Battle for Neighborville

When you install the EAC, a little gray box will pop up. It will ask you to find the folder where your game is located. Find your game folder and install the EAC. Then click on UPDATE. Once I did that and closed that I went back to Steam and launched the game and it loaded without any problems. (I never deleted any EAC files)

The message I quoted from Miguel is how I fixed mine. The trick is finding where your game is located. I found mine here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PVZ Battle for Neighborville

I can't find the folder 😭 It's not anywhere, not even in the EA games folder 😭

Ok I just spent like 2 hours with the support team for ea trying to fix this problem and they were not capable of doing their jobs. My friend was helping me and he found this thread and helped me resolve my issue in less than 20 minutes! This fixed my problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER! The EA support team needs to be fired and just needs new staff and new training. Half the time it felt like they were just copy and pasting a Bunch of BS!

I don't think so. The anti-cheat is a Windows program, but there might be an EA anti-cheat for Linux
