No, they didn't. There is private hotfix beta branch that may mitigate the stuttering, though.

The stuttering is not from your game itself, its your mouse.

The beta branch didn't improve the game for me. However, for me it's not that bad. But there are definitively micro-stutters present.
AMD 3700X, 16GB DDR-3200, 1080Ti, WQHD resolution
Try this

1. Right click on DEATHLOOP in your Steam Library and select Properties.

2. Select the “BETAS” option and type in the following beta code: juliannashotme

Click “Check Code”

When the blue box appears, left click it to apply it.

3. To play on the Beta branch of the game, select “public_beta – Branch for public beta tests” under “Select the beta you would like to opt into:”

4. Close the properties box and your game should begin downloading the files necessary to play in the beta. The game title should now be called DEATHLOOP [public_beta] in your steam library.

5. Once this is complete you and press Play/Launch to enjoy your game.

Just tried the public beta, initially it was better but turned unplayable after a couple of minutes. Crazy Stutterfest... :( Close but no cigar yet.

The beta code helps but isn't perfect yet. The game plays better with a controller due to less micro-stutters currently. Main issue for me is that I need to lock everything to 60fps for this to work properly. Even though my computer is getting 80-100 fps and my monitor goes that high gsync doesn't activate at all or if it does it causes additional micro-stuttering which has never happened to me on any other game I've played. The beta patch does make it better and definitely makes it playable at 60fps but doesn't exactly fix it either :(.

Funny that my mouse works for every other application and game I own. 100%
So I dont think its my mouse but the way Deathloop implement it. ie the game itself.

Yes it helped for a while but still gets unplayable after a few minutes.

Yeah, I've noticed this too on the beta patch. It's fine for the first few minutes and then it keeps getting worse and worse until it becomes unplayable. Doesn't matter if my settings are on Low or Very High or whether I cap at 60 or 120.

What stutters?
Everyone talks about stutters either I just don't notice them or just don't care.
Jamyjet Sep 18, 2021 @ 9:52am
hope it gets patched soon

For me it happens gradually, starts with a few frame drops/lagging feel and ends up with something that feels like 5-10 fps and completley trash.
