Report a translation problem
WORKAROUND ...go into the Steam game folder/Input ....and edit the 2 gamepad files ...you can set sensitivity and deadzone in there.
I presume it is the XInput_Gamepad and XInput_Gamepad_Alt files?

changed mine to -70 for sensitvity settings and 5 for deadzones.
Just messing now, settling around -40 / 20 seems ok with my controller.
Yep...it works...so that's a workaround for now.
