Can my Laptop run this game?
I have Windows 7 Home Premium (64 Bit) With 2 GB RAM (1.85 Usable) Intel Celeron is my processer. I have Intel HD Graphics 3000 Family.

Probably, I can and I'm on a laptop. But I'd check CanIRunIt.com to be sure if I were you, or look at the minimum requirements on the game's page.

You should be able to run it at Normal to Low settings, it won't look great but at least you will be able to play.

I can run it on AMD E450 powered laptop which has integrated GFX:)) You might. Look at link and compare http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-6310.40952.0.html with yours

I have the same excat thing as you ^ I run mine on high settings, and its pretty fast !
