They often do well on their DLC's regardless of what their funding is. Prepare to Die was great, Scholar of the First Sin was amazing and Ashen DLC for DS3 came in two parts(part 1 meh, part 2 amazing).
Bloodborne DLC came out like 3-6 months after release and was widely celebrated.
The only souls games that didn't have DLC was Demon's Souls and Sekiro.
How the hell did ER killed a game that wasnt even a thing to begin with?
And AC6 was good btw, so is ER.
