There's an etiquette to every game, even Battlefield. In golf, you don't step in a player's line when they're trying to put or talk while they're trying to tee off. In baseball, you don't try and hit the runner with the ball. In basketball, you don't punch a player in the nards when they dunk on you. These things just aren't done and if someone does them, they're generally considered a doosh.
Sure, frag rounds are options for shotties and players use them. The ones that use them are typically low level players who camp rooftops and just spam frag rounds. Its weak gameplay. It does nothing to benefit their team and usually signals that the player has some serious social issues.
Moral of the story: social skills are an important component to every day life. Get some.
Eat some fruit and calm down.
