frying pan trouble

I can not find the frying pan that I have to take from the man with the bags and box on his back. Any suggestions?

Look at the back of his "backpack", there is a black thing hanging on the lower part there.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that is the problem. There is nothing on the back of his backpack. I have tried to restart the game several times and I have even tried to start an earlier backup of the game so I played this scene again. But still no frying pan.

I'm having the same problem. There is no frying pan after talking to him.

I bought a new computer and so I had to install all the games on it and play them from the start. This time the frying pan was on the mans back. So the only solution seems to be re-installing the game.

I found this website which has saved game files for Jack Keane and it has one for the frying pan! I downloaded that and placed it in the saved games folder and was able to continue. Hope this helps!
