I appreciate your understanding. The wait will be worth it!
I wanted to have it out in October, but the truth is there’s still a lot of work to do, and the only way I could possibly get it out by then is to crunch. I worked 16 hour days for 3 months at the end of development of Lamplight City, and it negatively affected both my mental and physical health, so I’d rather avoid that happening again.
On the bright side, I’ve commissioned work on a new trailer, and that will come out later this year.
I really appreciate your patience and understanding.
I've only ever been part of one fairly short crunch, and I remember what that did to my temper. So I'd rather you avoided it too.
Besides, I still haven't played all the Ben Jordan games yet.
i loved lamplight city because i love victorian england detective games. do you already have any ideas or goals of what your next game is gonna be after rosewater?
