Ukrainian language in game Sims 4.

Ukraine has a ~40M population, of which, according to the last census, 67,5% consider Ukrainian their mother tongue.

Ukraine has a vibrant gaming community. Ukrainian eSports teams (go NaVi!) are some of the most successful and competitive in the world.

Valve added Ukrainian language option to Steam in 2013 and since then the number of Ukrainian Steam players (and Steam games that have a Ukrainian localization) has been steadily increasing. According to SteamSpy, as of June 2016 there were 3.7M Ukrainian players in Steam. (source: http://steamspy.com/country/UA )

Given the above arguments, we, the Ukrainian gaming community, ask Maxis to add the Ukrainian language to the game.

They can't even give us free hair without it being broken. I highly doubt they are going to spend the money or the large amount of time it will take to translate 8 years worth of content. It will be time better spent petitioning for TS5 to have the languages you want.

[UA] Не потрібно перекладати всю гру включаючи оновлення ( DLC ). Достатньо добавити українську мову до базової версії. Це суттєво розширить ринки збуту гри. Зауважу, зараз в багатьох країнах світу мешканці вивчають українську. І це тренд буде тільки поширюватися. Ми переможемо у війні. На мою думку, добавити українську для EA буде вдалим рішенням.

Have you ever attempted this yourself? How do you know if it works or not if you never attempted this to test whether or not he is telling the truth?
