Server overloaded

Hey guys, I am having a warning popping up in the corner of my screen while I am running a dedicated server (self-run) saying "server overloaded" with 4 people logged in. To my understanding, these servers should be capable of supporting 16 people, so I'm confused as to why I am seeing this. My machine itself has run multiple servers at once, including beasts like ARK, so its reasonable to say my rig isnt the issue. I'm guessing it's something similar to Valheim's kb/s connection in the server settings, but I can't seem to locate it.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix this issue?

We are also hosting a server for 16 people. Right now, we are 3 people and having massive problems...
I don't want to call them lags...more like...package loss?

Sometimes when i try to dodge, the dodge starts, but stops right away and you get hit.

I am playing a ranged char right now, and somehow like every 2nd arrow just doesn't get shot. Plus, the character doesn't reload. So you have to cancel your aim, then re-aim so a new arrow gets loaded.

Sometimes, even walking some steps doesn't really work. The first step doesn't really work. You do the second step an leap off the cliff.

Also after looting enemies, sometime walking left just won't work. I have to stop pressing WASD and then try again. Only then can i start moving again.

Right now this makes the game nearly unplayable for me on our dedicated server, which is unlucky, because i really like the games so far.

This happens in single player games too, it's an issue with poor handling of keyboard input.

Got a 6 core server with 16gigs of ram and all my 6 cores are running on 75% and when a 4th player joins the server crashes/spikes up to 50000 ping, unplayable
