The only way as far i know is to incinerator. But, i heard you can dump them to the tar lake (i never try it tho).

Yeah you can drop 'em into tar or chuck 'em in the incinerator. Or you can just let 'em necrotize, get the voidout, restore your save, no semi-permanent issues.

Incinerator, tar lake or drop them at bridges and go to sleep. Bridges will hate you for making them do their job.
Another way is to wait for bt and take care of it.
