Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous - Enhanced Edition

Statistiche:
What's the deal with greataxes?
Both in Kingmaker and WotR you just have to kick a tree to 3 greataxes fall from it.

There is like 20 named greataxes in WotR, and good ones, whereas there is about 10 or 11 at max in the other weapon categories. The developers have some weird fetish with axe wielding barbarians or something?

Ok, now to explain a little of my ranting, my MC uses a greatsword, so it's really annoying to find zillions of +3 or +4 weapons of different categories, especially greataxes, and find ONE +2 greatsword after a lot of playtime.

The point is, Owlcat really needs to work on more balanced weapon creation and distribution between different weapon categories, because this kind of unexplained discrepancy is absurd.

Who wants to use a magical club? (aka magic fat stick).
Here, here! That'd be me! Clubs are the pinnacle of weaponry and deserve to be at the very top! I take one, two, or even a big Greatclub over any bladed letter opener.
There is like 5 named Long Spear in the game. And one is in the f*cking laughing cave at that.
Messaggio originale di StarKnight:
A weapon +5 overcomes all damage reductions as if made of cold iron and adamantium, it increases attack and damage by +5, it's not negligible, and besides it's supposed to be (for the RP/RolePlay aspect) the pinnacle of magic weapons...

"I'm not a basic soldier who fights with his little non-magical short sword that often isn't even made of cold iron, I'm the superhero of the story, I deserve what there is better...! And the weapon that I prefer !"

Then there are abilities, feats and spells that make up for certain shortcomings. And if the game is well done, it offers the player what he wants, what he likes the most...
and late act 2 you can bump a +3 weapon to +5 with greater magic weapon, and it only takes getting to level 12 (or 11 with Heightened metamagic) for a +2 to be in the same boat, and even without Enduring Spells it has more duration than you'd ever need since it uses caster level hours for duration. getting +5 weapons is redundant before you're even seeing +4s.

I know all that, I've been using this spell for a long time, and I didn't expect to get a +5 weapon in act 2, obviously, or even in act 3, even though a merchant came along with the DLC, with weapons and armor +5...

I wouldn't call the Numerian Greatsword a good weapon. The abilities are too limited in both duration and uses.

It's very cool though!
