rdr2= 1962 356b/2000gs carrera gt factory original and in mint condition
To be honestthey are the 2 best games I have ever played and I have a hard time deciding wich game is nr 1 and wich is nr 2.
I would maybe say that the characters, not main character, is better in W3. There are só many well crafted characters in W3 that end up feeling like real friends. Dont get me wrong, I love some of the characters in RD2 also.
The over all story in RD2 is in my opinion better than the W3 story.
The emotional tripp you get from RD2 is just insane and no other game has affected on that level before. Pure gold.
So - 2 diffrent but both 10/10 games.
In this day and age, no one ever needs to ask "How is this game"
There is like a billion hours worth of RDR2 and RDO content alone, on YouTube and Twitch
Nice. lol
start free roaming that is if you want to, theres alot of things you can change,
fix and enhance, and or make better with mods.
Firstly where modding is concerned. Like any good game I would suggest that you go and experience the game in full the way it was originally designed and intended for the user to experience. THEN do a fresh play-through with Mods; if you so desire to even try out Mods.
Especially given that there are more mods either out now or in the works that will give you the ability to overhaul the entire game, have many of the RDO features such as Player Creator, play as Male or Female, etc. Plus custom designed Train and Bank Heists and things of that nature.
You generally do not have to worry about getting banned from SocialClub/RDO as long as you ensure you do not load up your game w/ mods or script-hooks present and/or active when your goal is to load up the game to play RDO. But with RDO dying out, modding Story Mode is becoming more and more of a want from players.
There is also RedM for RDR2, which is very similar to what FiveM is for GTAV.
They are a custom server app for GTAO and RDO, where the servers you see are all custom made with often their own in-game UI, better Graphics, Textures, Clothing options and other customization options for the player, their horses, many more job/quest options. More or less "realism" is the key with those, and realistic Role-Play (aka RP) in mind at the heart of it all. RedM and FiveM rely on the Steam Source SDK to function and are used to load up and use your game files, without modding your game or its files in any way so that when you want to stop using or take a break from RedM/FiveM that you can still load up RDR2/GTAV normally without the need to go to the game folders and move and/or disable any mods.
I played Elder Scrolls SP (single-player) games since Morrowind, Fallout since Fallout 3, and i've played all Witcher games.
I hesitated for a while on RDR2, for similar reasons (never liked shooters), but picked it up a couple years ago and have now played for over 2000 hours.
I tried the RD On-line mode, but with PvP-only, a nerfed economy and obvious push towards microstransactions, i gave that up and simply free-roam in the SP (Story Mode) game
RDR2 is obviously different than Witcher, but it has a very similar level of NPC & World interaction.
Missions are more linear, but the open world activities and exploration is far more grand - like mind blowing grand
For examples of gameplay, watch the first few minutes of videos specifically reviewing Chapter 2 - this is where most players spend the bulk of their free roam hours - and the first few minutes of gameplay only gives away very few spoilers (if any).
As far as "being good at shooters" - you can actually use a bow :)
But a gun is far more effective at times - and there is a "Deadeye" skill that you learn and improve that will slow time for a short while to help you aim and kill multiple targets.
The controls will take some time to learn - but it is well worth it.
And do be sure to review Beginner tips - some of them are on the edge of exploits, but many of them are useful (and others critical) - this page that has the basics:

P.S. Do Not Mod the Game - no mods needed for playthrough, especially first one.
