RDR2 Is Running in the background but there is no window for the game .

in the task manager and steam and also R* launcher i can see the game is running but there is no window for the game and it is there but it is not there . thank u for reading and pls help me if u can. <3 (btw that 2h timeplay is just me waiting for the game to pop up but no. )

Are your running Windows Prerelease (Windows Insider) by any chance?

I actually ended up with R* Support and they told me that i need to update my windows which i did after that and for the first time ( after updating ) game launched without any problem but after that ... same problem

So you are just another one who complains for the sake of complaining?

I ask again, explain what are you doing when you want to start the game.

As an example:

1. I start Steam
2. I click on RDR2 in Steam
3. I hit play in Steam

If that's what you are doing, fair enough. If you start Steam and also the Rockstar Launcher from your Desktop and then try to start the game through the Launcher instead of directly through Steam, you'll might have issues like the one you are having.

I start steam hit the play button and wait for the launcher to pop up then just simply like gta 5 it should run ezly but the launcher will get closed and nothing will happen thennnn I see it is running in the back ground processes but no window of the game I also tried launching it from launcher but same problem if u want I can sceen share with u in discord

K. Try verifying your files. For some reason it always re-installs the Launcher doing that.
If that doesn't work,
get rid of everything Rockstar Launcher / Social Club related in your appdata / documents and see if that does the trick.

nothing happens, btw i really dont care about this anymore cuz i cant get much fps so its better to wait for my new pc in the future

The problem is last update of Rockstar Launcher I reed at least 40 peoples with the same problem, Yesterday I can run the game 4 times in 100 hits to play, offcourse at night when the servers seems to work diferent for some reason

Delete folder " Rockstar Games " in Documents and thats help for open the game in steam launcher directly, but need to do configuration again and you lost your saved game if you not have in cloud

Back up that folder to play exactly with the same settings and save game, when they fix that broken Rockstart Launcher for some like uss we can´t play
