not on kings canyon because it has loot crates which has a fair chance of the turbocharger to be in it. so it not the same for every map

yes in the holds but its still rare so i still do not see why complain over it, it is gold to be fair so its rare

You don't need a turbo charger on that piece bro. It's nice if you can find one, but the Havoc is pretty lethal on its own, if you can handle the recoil. Not sure if you're having trouble taking down enemies using it vanilla or if you're simply annoyed you can't fully kit one (maybe your OCD kicking in), though. lol

yeah i don't see why hes complaning about the havoc on olympus its not like u need it for the gun to work
