Cannot login it says Credential Expired ?!

i have a problem with login in apex
it says my credential expired and i just need to reset my password
i tried to reset it but nothing happen

anyone with same problem with me ?

i have
it turns out your account is locked because you have not active on EA side
and i have been login with Different Email so the loop continues
you have to remember your Email that linked to your EA Account 1st time you login via steam

i reset my password already but still can't log in
there is like no option to sign in, it only appears the reset password all the time 💀
