APEX KEEP CRASHING / NOT RESPONDING
SINCE THE LATEST 2GB UPDATE , IVE BEEN EXPERIENCING CRASH THAT HAPPEN EVERY ROUND I PLAYED . I HOPE THEY WILL FIX THIS SOON . PLUS , THE MATCHMAKING SEEMS NOT TOO FAIR , 5000 KILLS VS 125 KILLS IS TO OP , IM GOOD WITH IT BUT IN LONG TERM , SOMEONE WILL GET TIRED OF LOSING .

I'm getting crashing too. I'll be playing and then BAM! Frozen. Computer needs a restart.

Never used to happen.

put this into your start options -numworkerthreads 4 it helped for me!
(dont forget to remove it when they release the fix!)

Most likely, the update caused the game to become very unstable if more than 4 "threads" (virtual CPU cores) are used by the game. This seems to mostly affect newer CPUs, like Intel-X-9yyyy or newer and AMD Ryzen 3xxx or newer.

HAd the same problem, had to intsall it again on origin and it fixed the crashing/ freezing problem! so aparently it has something to do with steam!

My friend and I have the same CPU Ryzen 3700x i have crashed 8 times, him none, he's on Origin, I am Steam wondering if this is a steam version bug.

nah.. no issues at all with my 10th gen intel (zero crashes 10600k 6c/12threads).. something with 9700k/9900k and source engine hating eachother, more often than not its the 9700k

been crashing on both my 3900x and 5900x think its a high thread issue

yes something along those lines.. some guy posted with a threadripper 1950x 16c/32th also having issues yet other players dont have any issues even with high thread processors
