I also faced such a problem. I can't join any session, but after trying offline, the mod is thrown off.

But even after it turns off, I still can't connect to anyone. The only time I was able to connect was with a guy with hieroglyphs in his name.

Gods bless you and the team. Too many games in the last decade have "offline" modes that still require and internet connection which makes absolutely zero sense.

So firstly, this is primarily an offline game. There is however the option to play with either friends on your Steam list, or strangers. To play with friends, click on "+ Party Member". To play with strangers, click on "Find Party". That's it.

We encountered a similar problem. My boyfriend and I bought this game to play together, and we ended up playing for three hours, and after the update we had this problem with offline. When we try to join each other, the game says "outdated client. Please update."

Reinstalling, checking files, nothing helps. How do I turn this off? We've been trying to figure it out for several days, but it doesn't work (((

Make sure that your firewall or your ISP is not blocking Epic Online Services as those are used for multiplayer and your game will be marked as offline only if you cannot connect to them.
