Xbox game freezing and bugged achievements
When i open the pauze menu to check gear/inventory etc... The game freezes about 90% of the time.. this also happens when you complete quests and need to comfort with A button to complete them,that everything freezes... In this way my achievement for unlocking your appartement is bugged because i needed to close the game when i entered the appartement and i couldn't conform my quest completion for the appartement...
Fetch quests where you need to collect things and bring to some one do just complete but the items stay in your inventory with the discription that npc x needs these items but they just stay in your inventory...

achievements stopped working and tracking...
game freezes every 20-30 minutes...
this is on xbox
