One morning on startup it didn't use my selected cursor, and I have not been able to get it to open again since, saying that is it "already open in taskbar" or something similar. My plan was just to uninstall it, but even after going into task manager and ending it it's still running so Steam isn't able to uninstall, and the "STOP" button on Steam isn't working. Does anyone know how I can fix it, or at least uninstall it?...

If you have about 30 minutes of time, you are able to make your own custom cursors and implement them into this app. All you need to do is find what you want for a cursor. Then set it as a .cur For the most part you can follow pre-made steps. basically just look at the property folders for the app. then go into the cursors. then look at any random cursor folder. and just replace one of them with your image that you have set to .cur and it should work out fine, it did for me....

with the new update of windows 10 done the 27 december 2019 it dosen't work anymore please fix this

今天win10更新完后发现鼠标光标忽然恢复默认了！在打开鼠标光标软件后，换一种，闪一下还是不行，360卸了，系统防火墙什么的都关了，还是不行！不知道有没有大神知道这到底是bug还是我电脑的问题？...
